The
Georgia Collision Industry Association was
formed in 1998 with one main goal in mind:
"To
Promote Professionalism and
Consumer Awareness of the
Automotive Collision Repair Industry in the State of Georgia."
The
automotive
collision repair industry is an honorable profession that requires
a high-level of expertise and knowledge
to perform. The GCIA knows that the industry it represents has not
always had a favorable reputation with the consumer market it serves.
One of the goals of the GCIA is to change that reputation.
Today's
automobiles with their complex and computerized systems, unitized
bodies, and composite materials require the expertise and kow-how
of top-notch body repairers to do the job right! And that's what GCIA
members do - they do it right the first time!
It
is in our best interest to educate consumers about our industry; to
assist them after they have an accident; and to do all we can to make
a bad situation (your accident) at least a little less stressful.
Be
sure to click on all of the additional links we have provided under
the "Consumer" button in the left-hand column navigational
bar. There's a wealth of information available here, including documents
about your rights, what to do after an accident, and much more.
We hope you'll
find our site useful and welcome your comments and suggestions on
how we can improve our efforts. Contact us through phone or eMail
